Our rooms
Balestrand Hotell has 30 rooms: 13 double rooms with fjord views and 13 with views of the garden and mountains. We also have four rooms that sleep up to four people, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for an affordable stay.
We are lucky to have artwork by several artists displayed throughout the hotel's shared spaces and guest rooms. The works bring colour and character to the building, and are something both we and our guests enjoy.
There are no TVs in our rooms. There's simply too much to enjoy at the bar and out in nature.
Need an extra bed? No problem, we'll sort that out!
Fourlegged Friends Are Welcome!
Rooms on the second floor are available to guests travelling with dogs. The rooms at the back have direct access to the garden, making it easy to take your dog outside. There is also a separate entrance, so you can come and go without having to pass through reception.
There is an additional fee of NOK 300 per stay, payable at check in. Please remember to mention in the comments field when booking that you are bringing a dog.
